Telephonic Interview – These interviews are taken as a part of screening process. These are mostly conducted by HR team to test the motivation and the interest of the candidate applying for the job.

Video Interview can be a live interaction with the candidate over any platform like Zoom, Google meet, etc where the recruiter asks the question and the candidate has to answer them in front of a camera etc.

Face to face Interview is one of the common methods used in campus placement drives. It is usually the final round of discussion when the previous rounds are conducted virtually.

Technical Interview are mostly conducted for engineering students to judge their technical skills and the knowledge of their subject.
