Fitness and wellness

To excel in their studies and to be regular and punctual one needs to be fit.  Physical activity increases the flow of blood to the brain, which may increase growth in the brain's learning and memory center, it also improves concentration and behavior. To achieve the same, highly equipped and scientifically laid out gymnasium has been provided to the students where one can regularly see the health and fitness freaks work out to keep themselves fit. Our gymnasium is equipped with modern fitness equipments with attached dressing rooms. Separate Gymnasiums for boys and girls have been provided.
