Ultraviolet Dry sanitizing Box
Electronic Ballast has been developed to give power to ultraviolet fluorescent lamp. The advantage of this sanitizing box is that it is dry and doesn’t use any chemical, so that it can be used for other applications where chemical is not to be utilized.
As LEDs cannot be used due to heat emission from the driver circuit, So we used UV Fluorescent lamp. To start it conventionally Chokes were used, but chokes having a power factor of 0.45 because of which 55% of it is lost to overcome that: An Electronic Blast with a power factor of 0.95 has been developed leading to utilization of 95% of the energy.
